Terms & Conditions

Please read our order enquiry, delivery, cancellation, refund and return terms before submitting your cart enquiry.

Order Enquiry Notice

As per the 2018 Supreme Court directive, online sale of firecrackers is not permitted. This website only collects order enquiries. No online payment is collected here. Our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm product availability, delivery details and next steps.

Minimum Order

  • Minimum order amount is Rs.3000.
  • Prices, availability, delivery charges and taxes may be confirmed by our team based on your location and order value.
  • Product images, brand names and packing may vary based on market availability, while we try to maintain equivalent quality.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery enquiries are currently supported across Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry. Karnataka is supported for Bangalore only, Andhra Pradesh is supported for Vijayawada only, and Telangana is supported for Hyderabad only.
  • Freight or transport charges are extra and may vary by destination.
  • Delivery time depends on your location, transport availability and festival-season demand.
  • During Diwali and festival periods, please place orders at least 10 days earlier to avoid last-minute transport charges and delays.

Order Confirmation

  • After enquiry submission, our team reviews your cart and contacts you by phone or WhatsApp.
  • Expected response time is usually within 24 hours.
  • Order confirmation depends on stock availability, delivery feasibility and final customer confirmation.

Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

  • Cancellation can be requested before final confirmation or dispatch processing.
  • Refunds are applicable only if goods cannot be dispatched after confirmation.
  • We do not accept returns of crackers or fireworks products.

Missing or Damaged Items

For missing items or damaged parcels, record a parcel opening video and send it to sskpyrotech@gmail.com. Complaints without parcel opening video may be difficult to verify.
