Shipping

• Shipping charges are extra and depend on the state.
• Freight charges will be added to your invoice.
• No Returns on any product.
• As per Supreme Court guidelines, the sale of crackers to Delhi is banned. We comply fully with the orders.

Important Notes

• For delivery in Northern states, providing an Aadhaar copy is mandatory for quick dispatch.
• Ensure your contact number and email are correct while registering; we are not responsible for shipping issues if these are incorrect.
• If some products are out of stock during packing, your order items will be upgraded or replaced.
• During festival periods, shipping messages may be delayed.
• Track delivery via the shipping link sent through SMS, WhatsApp, and email. Always open your shipping link to view your Lorry Receipt.
• For delivery queries, contact the transporter using the number in your Lorry Receipt.
• For emergencies or misbehavior by the transporter, inform us immediately via WhatsApp: +91-7538821855.
• Product images and brands in budgeted serials may vary according to market availability; we ensure equal quality.
• Your order ID and Lorry Receipt numbers are different. The LR number is only on the Lorry Receipt attached in the shipping link.

Collection of Goods

Goods can be collected either from the transporter's godown or directly from the lorry driver, depending on transporter policy. We will provide the transporter name, contact phone number, and waybill number via SMS, WhatsApp, and email within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Dispatch Procedure

• All confirmed orders with 100% advance payment received before 12 Noon are dispatched the same day from our central godown in Sivakasi.
• Logistics will issue an LR Copy against receipt of goods.
• Freight charges from Sivakasi to your pickup point are paid by the customer.
• LR copy with transporter details is sent via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
• Delivery time depends on the distance from Sivakasi to your destination.

Order Status

• Orders with 100% payment are processed within 24–36 hours.
• You can check your order status after 24 hours.
• LR copy will be sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Delivery & Transportation Charges

Charges vary by destination. Estimated delivery time depends on your location relative to Sivakasi. Orders received before 12 Noon are usually dispatched the same day, excluding public holidays and Sundays.

Shipping & Delivery Duration

Goods are shipped within 48 hours after order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Once confirmed and processed in the warehouse, orders cannot be canceled. To cancel, contact our customer care via WhatsApp: +91-7538821855 before dispatch.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if goods cannot be dispatched. Refunds are processed within 10 working days via online mode.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns of any goods.

International Delivery

Currently, we do not deliver internationally. Orders must have an Indian delivery address.
